The Guilford Art League presents its Winter Show, on view at the Guilford Community Center (32 Church Street) until the beginning of April. Please come to the Opening Reception on Wednesday, February 19, 5-7 p.m., in the Menunkatuk and Quannapaug Rooms. There will be light refreshments and an ekphrastic poetry reading by Adams Middle School students, who have created poems in response to the art displayed.
This year’s winter show features work by 60 artists, as well as art by five of Heather Renz’s Guilford High School art students: Ozzie Ferris, Kayla Foss, Corina Lowry, Veronica Lehman, and Madi Ridge.
