| 2025 Winter Show Guilford Community Center January–April 2025 Guilford Art League members are invited to exhibit your work at our winter show at the Guilford Community Center, 32 Church St. Drop off is Tuesday, January 7, 2:30–3:00 pm, in the upstairs Menunkatuck Room. Each artist can bring 1–2 pieces, no more than 40 inches in height or width, and wired for hanging (no sawtooth hangers). Click here for the identification tag; tags will also be available in the Menunkatuck Room. If you had work hanging in the fall show, please pick it up at the same time. If you can’t come then, have a friend collect your paintings or contact us to make other arrangements. Reception with Poetry! All members are also invited to the reception for this show on Wednesday, February 19, 5–7 pm, in the upstairs Menunkatuck and Quonnipaug Rooms. You’ll get to meet the Adams Middle School students who will read their poems about some of our artworks. Refreshments too! The pick up date for this show will be next April, date and time to be announced later. For those of you who are new members, GAL has had seasonal exhibits at the community center for many years. The Menunkatuck Room is used daily by a wide variety of community groups, and our works also are shown in the stairwell and downstairs hallway, where even more people see them.
